Charlotte Poésie, a wedding planner and designer based in Bordeaux, organizes poetic and refined weddings. We travel throughout France and work with brides and grooms from all over the world.

Our team is here to assist you with everything from planning and decorating to guiding and advising you, always with attentiveness and kindness. We build a trusting, human relationship with our brides and grooms, and we are committed to making their wildest dreams come true, always with authenticity. We work exclusively for a maximum of 10 couples in love per year, offering us availability, creativity, and quality service.

With our expertise in event project management of almost 10 years, first in the sector of fine Bordeaux wines with luxury partnerships (LVMH, Mac Laren) then in the decoration sector, with renowned partnerships (Influencers and Press Decoration, Designers, Maison & Objets) and finally in Event Agency in Bordeaux for large public events and Gala dinners for companies, the Charlotte Poésie Agency uses its experience of large events and ensures you perfect control of technical requests and large installations for your big day.

Our many travels, love of design and with her studies in Art History, Charlotte Poésie Wedding planner, creates unique weddings, fine art or bohemian chic, refined or very floral, according to your personality, because each couple is unique.

This wedding package includes all the organization of your wedding before the big day - with or without the search for a venue: searches for all the service providers corresponding to your desires, your personality and your budget, all the orchestration of your day, our presence to supervise the installation with all the service providers and of course on the big day the coordination of your day and the reception of your guests

It also includes all the wedding design for your day, an ultra-sophisticated and personal decoration.

One of our best sellers: we design the decor for your day down to every detail: from the invitations to the little guest gifts.

We conduct a technical visit of the site, we develop a mood board and a shopping list while respecting your budget.

Everything is thought out in detail and tailor-made: stationery, signage, flowers, tableware, furniture, small decorations, guest gifts, etc.

We supervise the service providers and the installation and uninstallation.

We take over your organization with the various service providers to better coordinate the big day. We will be there for the entire day and will realize what you had imagined for this day, always with our expert advice. This way, you don't have to do anything or think about anything on the big day, neither you nor your guests. You just let yourself be carried away.
